About this apartment rental
Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of Lake Okoboji! Whether you are looking to rent for a week or a weekend you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground heated garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two triple twin-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep 10 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.
Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!
Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/ Not interested in cooking??? There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular condo, but the fourth time overall at this larger property/resort. This condo by Rachel is well done, clean, comfortable, and has what we need (although I should have packed one of those tiny K-cup converters for my loose grounds). Everything was set up smoothly, went as planned, and was just right.

Condo was clean. We found window in 2nd bedroom wasnt latched properly so pretty in a draft, easy fix. Door to patio was difficult to close. Carpet had some staples poking out that scratched kids feet x2. Also working 10 minutes of checking in, while we were still hauling in items (around 5pm) we had a note on the door from the downstairs "owner" we were too noisy. Not a impressive start to the trip.

It was a beautiful unit and a great view of the lake. It was comfortable and felt high end. Highly recommend!
