About this apartment rental
Penthouse perfection with beautiful lake views in this spacious & luxuriously appointed lakeview condo. You and your guests will be impressed as you take in the views of East Okoboji lake from the top of the condo building. You can also see fireworks from the "Live at the Lake" fireworks show every Saturday night throughout the summer. This property features floor to ceiling windows providing great lake views from within the living room. The master suite features a king bed and walk-out access to the deck, overlooking the lake. You will enjoy an updated shower and dual vanity sinks with quartz countertops. The master suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hangers. The living room features a couch that pulls out to a full size bed. The living room is furnished with an updated modern electric fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround and 65" Smart TV. High-speed wifi is available throughout the condo. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including a oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It is stocked with everything you will need including a Keurig coffee pot with single serve option. The dinner table can seat up to 6 and there also is kitchen island seating for 4. Tasteful decorations and updated light fixtures complete the luxurious look.
On the deck you will enjoy one of the best penthouse views in Okoboji from comfortable seating. As you are watching boats cruise by or an amazing sunset, dinner can be cooking on the Weber gas grill. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to a second full bath with shower/tub combination. One room features a queen bed that sleeps two, and the other room has full size bunk beds with an additional trundle to comfortably sleep six. The condo also has an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes parking for one vehicle in our temperature controlled underground garage. Parking for additional vehicles is available in our parking lot in front of the condo.
Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!
Access to the hotel gym is also included. This condo is the Golden Gate building which is adjacent to the private condo pool. You will also be just steps away from the Bridges Bay resort and waterpark, with restaurants such as Bracco and Waterfront. There is a fire pit outside the building that is perfect for 'smores that overlooks the lake. You can also walk (or ride) down the stairs to fish off the boat dock.

The condo was really great for our needs! We had five guests and the space was exactly what we needed. The cleaning crew should spend some time on all light fixtures. We noticed cobwebs through the condo.

Communicative host, offered early check-in day of, very straightforward, easy to understand instructions. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Great view of the lake! Comfortable beds and quiet building. Will stay again!

Everything was perfect at the condo! It was spacious, clean, and centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony as well. In addition, communication with the owners was very smooth.
