Wonderful home with all the amenities we enjoyed even “off season”. Just right to keep the teens busy and a short walk to the beach and great local area of Jacksonville and Atlantic beach. Really appreciated the little things like tinfoil , ziplock baggies and extra garbage bags in the kitchen. Very hospitable spot!

We loved this house. Five college friends of 50 years got together for 3 days and enjoyed Jacksonville Beach. This home is equipped beyond our expectations and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive when we had a question. We would stay there again and one person in our party is considering booking for a future date. Love the casita!

The 17th Hole was a GREAT stay for my friends and me! I’m pretty picky about where I stay, and this place met all my expectations—and more. It was super clean, spacious, and had so many fun amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, and of course, the guys loved the putting greens. The neighborhood felt nice and safe, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed!
When we head back to the area, this will definitely be the spot we book again. Highly recommend for anyone, especially larger groups!
Bonus points for their customer service—we were halfway home (a five-hour drive!) when my friend realized she’d left her jacket in the closet. I emailed the hosts, and they responded immediately and mailed it back to us. Such a thoughtful touch!
Thank you again for a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be back!
