Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine, and TV. The private outdoor area has a garden with barbecue and 3 balconies. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are nearby. There are 3 parking spaces. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Chickens are raised in the garden, and you can buy their eggs for an extra fee. The property follows recycling rules; further information will be provided on site. Towel and linen changes are available for an extra fee.

Guests wishing to bring a dog must inform the host in advance and receive confirmation via the booking platform. Without prior notice, pets cannot be accepted.

The outdoor area is separated by a fence, with the host’s property on the other side; for privacy, do not open the doors from the kitchen and living room. Shutters can be opened for light and air. For safety, a camera monitors only the main street and the area in front of the entrance door.
