Our COMPLETELY REMODELED CONDO at the Maui Banyan is uniquely situated on the top floor of the much sought after G building which boasts the best location at The Banyan. It is just a few minutes walk to Kamaole II Beach and Park but far enough away from the main road to alleviate road noise. Our unit is also unique in that it has views from the bedroom lanais of the ocean and Haleakala Mountain while overlooking the pool, our lush, green, tropical gardens and The Banyan's new water feature. Our condo is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, activity centers and additional beaches. Our prime location truly makes us unique.

The remodeled and redecorated master and bath walks out to the lanai with ocean and mountain views and is equipped with a fan, AC and TV. Many guests boast of the comfort of the Cal King size bed.
The studio lock-off (when available) has been remodeled including a new Cal king bed, a small kitchenette and a newly remodeled modern bathroom. It also has it's own lanai, AC, fan and TV. You'll look forward to waking up each morning to spectacular views. (The last 6 pictures are of the studio.)
The condo kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with two additional seats at the counter close by.
The living room is furnished for comfort and also has it's own AC, fan, TV and views from the lanai. A new top of the line queen size sofa bed adds additional sleeping quarters especially for the kiddos.
The Banyan grounds are beautifully landscaped offering two pools with hot tubs and outdoor showers, BBQ areas, a tennis court and covered parking. The pathways meandering around the grounds are surrounded by lush tropical flora and are just right for an evening stroll.
For your convenience a welcome basket will be provided with a few Maui essentials that will get you started on your relaxing vacation. As an added feature a land line phone has been installed for free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada.

It was the absolute perfect stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and host is very responsive! The views of the beach from the lanai are breathtaking and the pool and hot tub being so close by was very convenient! Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I spent five nights and we really enjoyed the place. It was clean, updated, and the location was perfect. Barb was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The only downside was the elevator being out of order after the heavy rainstorms they got earlier. We normally don't mind stairs, but those 56 steps felt like 1000 steps after a long day activities. We had to make sure we had everything with us when we left the condo each trip to avoid having to walk back up the stairs. i highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it again next time we are in Maui.

Clean and comfortable stay right across from a nice beach. The host was very responsive, and it was nice to have amenities like a washer/dryer and beach equipment available for our vacation.

Everything is perfect at this condo. Very clean and beautiful. Full kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher and everything you need to cook, full separate bedroom with a very comfortable California King, closet, and dressers. Full living room with sleeper sofa, recliner, and chairs. Center Island in the kitchen has two high back chairs and there is a dinette with four chairs. Two large tv's with cable and wifi. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the shower head has very good pressure. There is a large washer and dryer. Probably the best thing about this condo is the Lanai. There is an awesome view of the pool, the hot tub, the ocean and the mountains. On a quiet morning when it is cool enough that the air conditioners are not running, you can actually hear the waves crashing on the shore. The Lanai has a nice glass patio table with four chairs with cushions, and all the beach equipment you will need. The condo is right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 2 and also within walking distance of Kamaole beaches 1 & 3. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, barber shops, hair salons, markets, and even the best Cinnamon roll place in Maui all within a half of a mile waking distance. If you don't want to walk, you can rent a vehicle and the designated parking spot is on the1st floor of the covered parking garage. There are many grills for outdoor cooking by the pool. Barb, the property manager, was very responsive and an excellent host.
