1 Fine Day is a spacious oceanfront home ideally located at the foot of the Holden Beach bridge, offering unbeatable views, a private pool, and easy access to many of the island's favorite attractions. With ocean views throughout and decks on both the oceanfront and street side, this home provides beautiful scenery in every direction—including stunning views of the bridge and coastline.
Inside, the large, fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, while the dining area offers ample seating for gathering and sharing meals together. The open living area overlooks the ocean, creating the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the oceanfront decks to enjoy fresh coastal breezes and panoramic views.
This home features four bedrooms across two levels. The lower level includes an oceanfront primary suite with a private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a sitting area with oceanfront views, a queen bedroom with a private bath, another queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An upstairs office closet provides a convenient workspace for guests who need to work remotely.
After a short walk to the beach, cool off in your private pool with plenty of seating, then rinse off in the enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. In the evenings, enjoy family game nights or take advantage of the home's prime location—just a short walk to concerts, festivals, the town park, ice cream shops, candy stores, and local restaurants. The nearby town park features a splash pad, playground, and covered pavilion, making this an ideal spot for families.

We had a fantastic week at this property. There wasn't a bad view from both covered porches. The location was the best we've ever had and even though it was close to everything, we didn't hear loud noises or anything like that at night. We could walk to get coffee, slushes, and meals. We were even able to witness a sea turtle nest being excavated...it was incredible. The pool was such an added bonus for us this year and quite the nice break from the sand when we needed one.

EVERYTHING WITH THE HOUSE WAS EXCELLENT. THE 2 ISSUES WE DID HAVE WITH THE HOUSE WAS TAKEN CARE OF ASAP. I CANT WANT TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

It was a beautiful home, very easy access to the beach. Pool was cold but we expected it at the time. Restaurants close to walking distance. We also rented bikes across the street to tour the island. The only wish list would be beach chairs/Umbrella on property and more comfortable chairs around the pool.

The location and the layout of the house is nice. There is only one tv in one of the bedrooms. The other 3 do not have a tv. There was pet hair all over the downstairs floor, rug and couches. The couches also had an odor of pets. Wish the owners would stick to the no pet policy listed in the details.
