Welcome to La Mirage 306! Escape to paradise while staying at this gorgeous, fully renovated condo with private beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! After a full day at the beach, you will enjoy the completely open concept floorplan that is modern, comfortable, and perfect for gatherings or romantic getaways.
La Mirage 306 will feel like your own private seaside escape but with all the conveniences of home. The unique, coastal décor has been specially curated by our family for you to enjoy.
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has all-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an island. The full-sized fridge has convenient ice and water service at the door. A separate bar sink is an ideal place for brewing your morning coffee (you pick: Keurig or traditional coffee pot is available) or mixing up that evening cocktail.
LM 306 has all-new LVP flooring throughout the unit. In the living room, you will love the large 65” wall-mounted smart TV as well as the new La-Z-Boy couch that pulls out to a queen-sized bed. Seating for 6 at the dining table with additional barstools at the counter creates the perfect setting for meals or game night. We have every board game, card, and puzzle imaginable just for you to enjoy during your stay!
Whether you want to dine al fresco or just relax while taking in the sea breezes, the 40' balcony is a massive extension of the living space!
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 45” wall-mounted smart TV and balcony access, as well as an ensuite bathroom featuring a new vanity and tub/shower.
The secondary bedroom has two twin-sized beds and a 45” wall-mounted smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom featuring a new vanity and a walk-in shower surround.
No need to run to the store: For your convenience, La Mirage 306 provides beach chairs, toys, and a wagon exclusively for our guests!

This is a good condo, well equipped and in a good resort.We liked how clean it was, having a washer/dryer and the well stocked kitchen. The access to the beach was great and we loved how beach chairs etc were in the property and by the beach access to use.We had a lot of difficulty opening the front door, it was very stiff but as soon as we mentioned this to the front office they fixed it.The beds in the 2nd bedroom were worn with sloping mattresses and we found the a/c especially in that room very loud. The view from the balcony has sadly changed since the photos were taken, you now sit looking straight into someone’s house, just the other side of the resort fence. They are still working on these which was at times noisy.We had a couple of issues with the resort, the elevator on the same side as the condo, at the beach end wasn’t working, we weren’t told this.We didn’t like how loud music was played at the pool by the resort or other guests. There is no need for music in the pool area, it spoilt our relaxation.A glass bottle was left in our parking space and we accidentally drove over it as it was dark. We reported it to the office the following morning, the elder lady in the office was very dismissive. We couldn’t move the car as there was a lot of glass behind it. We insisted that someone come and clean it up, the gentleman that came couldn’t have been more helpful and could see why we didn’t want to move. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. Super clean and much larger than expected. No real view of ocean, but this unit was worth it. Great location, easy beach access. Pools were empty and the grounds were very nice. Lots of extra fun items, like pickleball court, basketball and a game room. Twin beds a little soft, but king and pull out couch was comfortable. Came in after hours and maintenance was quick to let us in. I would definitely stay again. Only reason this was not a 5 was because they are building beach houses right outside the window and therefore the view and noise was not great. However, we weren't in the unit very much so didn't upset our trip.

We were pleased to stay in a beautiful space! The beds were comfy, the details were perfect, and we had everything we needed. We also truly appreciated that there were two different pools and a hot tub by each one. The staff was very nice and we will definitely be staying again!
