About this apartment rental
In Porto Azzurro, Elba Island, we rent all year round (and also for short periods) 4-room apartment in an excellent position with sea view. The apartment, just renovated, is located on the seafront of the historic center, right in front of the 3 characteristic restaurants on the sea; it consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a small wardrobe, large living room with two windows and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and an attic with window equipped with a single bed. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hot / cold air conditioning. The apartment overlooks the promenade on one side, then the port and the Gulf of Mola and on the other on the very popular Via D'Alarcon, which connects Viale Italia to Piazza Matteotti, where there are many typical shops, restaurants, bars and the church of the country. From October to May the cost varies from 50 to 90 euros per day (depending on the period) including utilities. From June to September, however, we prefer to rent by the week and the price varies from 500 to 800 euros per week. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are provided on request.

Lovely apartment- very clean,well equipped and very central for restaurants and bars and the beach. Pietro met us and showed us to the apartment and took time to show us the car parking options. We were able to park for free near the apartment which was a big plus.
Pietro and Laura were the perfect hosts, very friendly and easy to communicate with. we enjoyed a drink with them when we arrived and they gave us very useful information on the area. Would definitely recommend this place. We stayed for 5 days in June but plan to return. Thank you Laura and Pietro for a lovely break.
