“Albatross” is located just one street from the beachfront on a quiet street between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, and with the popular Dump Beach at Chiton Rocks just a short 500m walk, this three-bedroom home has been tastefully decorated and styled and is not far from all the local eateries and shopping centres.
The Space:
The large separate living room includes a Smart TV and a large modular lounge with plenty of seating for the whole family. This room has the split system air conditioning unit.
In the centre of the home is the dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen. Included in the kitchen is a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, coffee machine, pantry and cooking utensils.
Bedroom one has a king bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV and drawers.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, ceiling fan and drawer unit.
Bedroom three has a double bed, ceiling fan and drawer unit.
Bathroom with a shower, bath and vanity.
