Located in Chiton just a 300m walk to the Chiton Rocks beach and conveniently located half way between the lovely Port Elliot and the fun and excitement of Victor Harbor.
There is plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs lounge room complete with a Wii-U and streaming on a huge 65 inch TV , while the adults can enjoy the upstairs lounge and beautiful timber balcony area .

Fabulous property in a great location. It was a very quiet residential area. Every thing was neat and tidy and it was a big home which would be great for a couple of families
