THE SPACE
Fantastic apartment! Perfect location! This beautiful and famous Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. We are certain you will have a wonderfully memorable experience.
The movie Birdcage with Robin Williams was filmed in this building and this movie setting is now available for you to enjoy. The 3 bed, 3 bath unit is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings & has a 45 ft view of Ocean Drive, the beach and ocean. The apartment has an amazing 2000 plus square feet of living space.
Enjoy the Great Room with windows showcasing views of Lummus Park, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and other beautiful Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive.
Luxury living includes 4 LARGE flat-screen TV's with cable, 3 large bedrooms--2 king size beds, 1 queen, 3 full bathrooms, bar & office areas, sofa, huge dining room table with seating for 10, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and condiments. Personal toiletries, clean and fresh linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, safe, iron, hair dryers, washer/dryer, fast internet, board games, etc.

We shared Thanksgiving with our family at this great rental. The location could not be better, and the apartment itself was perfect for our stay. Comfortable beds and the amenities we needed. It made for a great holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. That said, a few things are worth mentioning for future guests.There was ongoing construction on the roof above the unit from about 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, which made things noisy and disruptive at times. One day the work caused a loss of utilities and an extended internet outage. Since the home uses smart systems, this meant we couldn’t adjust the thermostat during that period not ideal with a baby under two. It would have been helpful to know about the construction schedule ahead of time.Also, the listing notes valet parking, but the concierge confirmed valet service isn’t available. We had to park in a nearby garage instead, which ended up costing more than the valet rate listed.Despite these issues, it’s a lovely space in a fantastic location just be aware of the current (most likely temporary) construction and parking situation when booking.
