Fantastic apartment! Perfect location! This beautiful and famous Art Deco building is the perfect place for your stay in South Beach. It's located on Ocean Drive just steps to the beach and all that South Beach has to offer in terms dining and entertainment. The building has 24 hour concierge service and an outdoor restaurant. We are certain you will have a wonderfully memorable experience.
The movie Birdcage with Robin Williams was filmed in this building and this movie setting is now available for you to enjoy. The 3 bed, 3 bath unit is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings & has a 45 ft view of Ocean Drive, the beach and ocean. The apartment has an amazing 2000 plus square feet of living space.
Enjoy the Great Room with windows showcasing views of Lummus Park, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean and other beautiful Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive.
Luxury living includes 4 LARGE flat-screen TV's with cable, 3 large bedrooms--2 king size beds, 1 queen, 3 full bathrooms, bar & office areas, sofa, huge dining room table with seating for 10, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and condiments. This is a beautiful property in the best location for South Beach. All the furnishings and details are of the highest quality. The space is great for gathering. My family and I enjoyed staying there so much. We loved gathering around the beautiful dining table and playing games, eating breakfast etc. There is a very convenient municipal garage just accross the side street that is reasonable and safe.
