Logement très bien placé, spacieux et bien équipé, William très serviable. propreté impeccable. place de parking ombragée. belle vue sur la plage.
manque une table basse dans salon baignoire et sa robinetterie plus de première jeunesse, éclairage suffisant dans les chambres mais interrupteur mal placé.

Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. L'appartement est immense est super équipé, la vue sur l'océan juste magnifique. Malgré le fait qu'il donne sur ocean drive il est très bien insonorisé. Bref tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi. Des chaises de plage ainsi qu'un parasol sont à disposition. Le parking gratuit est un vrai atout car tout est payant à Miami Beach. Nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement!

Perfect position to access the beach, good air con and more spacious than expected. Allowed us to get a late check out.

We were 5th floor with 2 young kids. During our stay, from our arrival, the elevators were out of order...the owner knew that when we booked the apartment (I checked it with the concierge) but he did not inform us. Unfair. One day before our arrival, he informed us, but we could not cancel, it was too late. We were offered one night compensation, but I had to pay the commission on PayPal... Unfair. I don't recommend it.
