Getting Around:
This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
Other Things to Note:
◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
The hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive.
◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating:
✓ May–Sept: Complimentary
✓ October and April: $200 per night
✓ November, December, March: $300 per night
✓ January and February: $300 per night
No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
◎ CAMERA: This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
◎ PETS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

Excellent location with nice outdoor deck with Riverview.
There was a lot of noise at night, as expected in the downtown area. Only compliants were the lack of a regular coffee maker, no hair dryer as described, and the towels were very small. Only minor details. Would definitely stay there again

This is a really amazing property and I absolutely recommend booking this. The views are incredible and the place was very clean. The only thing I’d be aware of is that I asked for the pool to be heated super last minute which cost around $300. They told me it wouldn’t be warm enough till the evening however it only got colder since we arrived. For $300 I feel a little slighted given that if they’d told me that for the duration of the stay it would never get hot enough to use, I wouldn’t have paid the fee.
