The Hawk’s Next is a great place to stay. Kevin and Lorine are wonderful hosts. The house is super cute and very well decorated and it is just plain comfortable. It is up into the mountain but still only a 15-20 drive to Frigate Bay. At night you will hear nothing but the wilderness. Most notably the Johnstone’s Whistling Frogs. They/it sounds like a bird chirping but apparently it is a frog. Kevin brought us fresh bananas from their own tree….DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the Hawk’s Nest.

Location was amazing. Having a hike to the top of an overlook 5 minutes from the property was a great surprise (and start to the trip) The hosts were fantastic, caring, very personable, helpful, and gave us some great local recomdations.Will stay here again

The apartment was clean and very tastefully designed. The grounds were well kept. SUV is required to get to the location. The entrance to the apartment was steep and was not an issue for my family. The internet was intermittent. Overall I would stay here again. The hosts were delightful.
