About this apartment rental
This rental is a 5 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk to downtown Basseterre. Frigate bay beach is approximately a 10 minute drive from the property. The neighbourhood is a quiet and safe residential area with a shopping and banking area 3 blocks away. Full laundry facilities, fully outfitted kitchen, very spacious living room, 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioner and a fan. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a large veranda, a spacious parking area, and a fenced in yard with gates. House is equipped fibre optics internet, wifi, and smart tv.

Three of us stayed here for two weeks. The house was lovely, very clean with everything you could need for your holiday. We had a couple of minor issues which were very quickly rectified by the owner. There was ample space in each of the bedrooms, every room in the house was very spacious! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to anybody. It was very central, a 5 minute drive from the airport and on a nice quiet street. 5* holiday home!!!

This is an excellent choice for a place to stay in St kitts. It is very close to the main town area and to a grocery store. They had plates and silverware with soap. There was towels/rags and even soap available for the bathrooms. The only thing is the water will stop sometimes during the night like around 1030pm and come back in the early am like 4am. But this is a normal occurrence for homes in st kitts and nevis. I highly recommend it and I would stay here again. It was me and my mom and 2 brothers. The room ac and fans everywhere are very nice as well.
