What a great spot in the heart of Sedona. The home was beautiful, spacious and in a wonderful location to take in the full beauty the town has to offer. The host were incredibly easy to communicate with and very kind. You will very much enjoy your time here.

The house was charmingly well-appointed and had just about everything a family could need for a Sedona adventure, save for one glaring omission: an ice cream scoop. We survived, somehow.Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, with plenty of space and the kinds of thoughtful touches that make settling in easy. The home was comfortable and generally well-equipped, but it was also clearly showing its age, with a few maintenance issues that interrupted our stay. Nothing completely derailed the trip, but it did interrupt the flow a bit.One helpful note for future guests: if you’re hoping for uninterrupted downtime, it may be worth asking the host to reschedule the spa service in advance. We didn’t do that (our mistake) because we assumed being there during the advertised time would be fine, but in retrospect, that might have made things smoother.The hosts were also more communicative than I personally prefer once checked in. Some guests may experience that as attentive hospitality; I tend to prefer a little less interaction after arrival. Still, the house itself was lovely, functional, and a good home base for a family trip to Sedona.

Thank you for an AMAZING stay in Sedona! Beautiful home and wonderful location. Easy walk to Sugar Loaf trail. House was clean, yard was wonderful, and the home was great for hosting. Don’t miss the upstairs patio— gorgeous views!! Hot tub was also a very nice amenity to have. Thanks for making our Bachelorette weekend amazing!
