Welcome to your perfect Highland getaway — a spacious, modern home in the peaceful community of Stratton, Culloden, just outside Inverness. With room for up to 7 guests plus 2 infants (cots available on request), this well-equipped property is ideal for families or small groups looking for a clean, contemporary base to explore the Scottish Highlands.
About the Home
This newly-built home features:
3 King Bedrooms (beds cannot be split)
1 Single Bedroom
Spacious Living Area with smart TV, WiFi, and comfy leather seating
Bright Kitchen-Diner with full amenities, breakfast bar, and dining table
2 Bathrooms, including a family bath with overhead shower
Blackout blinds/curtains, high-quality linens, and cozy duvets ensure a restful stay. We also provide towels, basic toiletries, and hand soap.
Dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee are included. Cleaning essentials are supplied to help you feel right at home.
Location & Getting Around
Our home is located in Stratton, Culloden, a quiet residential development between Barn Church Road and the A96 — just 10 minutes by car to Inverness city centre.
We strongly recommend having a car, as the property is not within walking distance of central Inverness or public transport hubs.
Inverness Train Station: 10–15 min drive
Inverness Airport: 15 min drive
Culloden Battlefield: 10 min
Loch Ness & Urquhart Castle: 30–40 min
Fort George & Clava Cairns: Easily accessible nearby

Super clean and fully stocked. Lots of extra touches made our stay feel like home. It was very spacious and a great fit for our group of 6. 10/10 would recommend this for short or long stays.

Wow! What a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to groceries/gas. The property was extremely clean and comfortable, parking was easy, the hosts have been very thoughtful about guest needs. It looks great in the photos, and the real life experience matches it. Communication was prompt and clear. We would happily return to this property the next time we are in Inverness.

Where to start? The home owners were so generous and let us check into our place several hours prior to our stay so we wouldn’t have to tote our suitcases around the streets of Inverness. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Bathrooms were so clean. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Home owner had extra sweet touches with welcome cereal and cookies for our group. Loved that they had a decorated Christmas tree at the house too. The location was perfect. If I ever find myself in this part of the world again we will def book here again.
