The house was perfect for our needs. We went hiking in Shawnee Forrest and everything was 20-45 minutes away. Bonus was walking distance to Shot Gun Eddies for food and beverages since all food options was more than 10-15 minutes away. Connie was super responsive to all questions.

This was absolutely the perfect little get away. The house sleeps six and it was just what we needed to unwind. The basement sleeping was perfect for sleeping in and getting real rest. The house was stocked with games and movies to remind us to slow down and be present. We had a hiccup checking in, but the host helped us immediately and checked on us to make sure everything was fine. We will book again and take advantage of the restaurant down the street to make cooking easier!

Very cute house that is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the decorative touches. Comfortable and cozy.

The place was a great base to explore the Shawnee national forest and garden of the gods. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space, large yard and deck, and a fire pit, was real nice.
