The location was perfect. The condo felt very at home for us right away and lived the sink and mirror in the bedroom. Close to resteraunts and the unit was clean. Challenges are the iron has something on it which stuck to our clothes making it unusable and there is a huge wind tunnel in the entrance which only Mother Nature can fix lol. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very attentive to our needs in every way. We would definitely come back if we decide to stay in new Smyrna again!!

Overall it was a good space to use. We did wish that it was a little more stocked with the basics, like toilet paper and dish pods.

Our overall experience is the condo was very clean. The location was perfect. I do believe it would have been better if had more than one washcloth, one roll of toilet paper, no facial tissue and no extra trash bags.

Clean, but needs updated badly. Has shower-tub, needs to be walk-in shower. Carpet is outdated, needs removed and tiled. Furniture in bedroom is needing updated. TV in bedroom should be way larger. Kitchen table and rolling chairs is outdated. Blinds, some missing and the sliding door in bedroom will not open. Expect to take your own trash, upstairs!
