Nice one-bedroom oceanfront for our stay. Very clean and ready for our arrival time. Good location for elevator, parking, pool and beach access. Pool area is quite nice. Beach is stunning! Highly recommend this unit for a couple's getaway.

We enjoyed the condo. The only problems was the last minute information about the construction that was taking place during our stay. We wasn't contacted until Wednesday before our Saturday arrival about the Patio being worked on. Then we arrived and the Patio door was boarded up and we received a text about it while we was sitting there looking at it. Also the elevator was out for 2 days for maintenance and we had to do the steps to the 4th floor. I have heart disease and use an electric mobility device for shortness of breathe at times. We picked this condo because the elevator and the condo was a short distance for me to walk without my mobility device. And of course you can't use it on steps. This caused us to have to spend more time in the condo and we missed 2 days of enjoying the vacation. Advanced notice should be given in situations like this. As a guest I shouldn't have to walk to the elevator and see oh you are now stuck because there will be no elevator and the guys working on it says it will be working next week when your vacation is over.
