The appartment 'El Faro' is part of a large villa consisting of 2 houses. The flat is located on the lower floor and has a large private terrace with stunning sea views and a private pool (2.5x2.5).
El Faro is situated in the urbanisation Roca Maura, only 800 metres from the beautiful sandy beach and the cosy centre of L'Estartit.
Through a staircase you reach the flat with the following format: Living room with open kitchen and beautiful sea view, bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning. Through the small bedroom you reach the spacious private terrace with dining table, sun beds and private pool! There is a freezer in the laundry room. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea view!
There is a common laundry room with washer and dryer that you can use.

The terrace is just amazing! Seaview and private minipool. Lights in the evening for s nice mood. Can only recomend

Old dirty pool water.
Refrigerator without freezer compartment.
Overall not sparkling.
However, only one apartment is declared as a holiday home.
Very poor access, 2 floors with external stairs.
