Pros: Nous avons loué l'appartement côté rue et piscine les 15 derniers jours d'août. Bel appartement avec la climatisation. Bien équipé (ustensile de cuisine, tv, wifi, rangement, grand canapé...). Très bonne literie. Très bon contact avec l'agence très agréable et à l'écoute. Piscine agréable avec le petit bassin et bien entretenue. Place de parking un peu juste pour grosse voiture (308 sw), très difficile de se garer s'il y a quelqu'un garé en face...
Malheureusement, l'endroit est plein de moustiques qui rentrent dès qu'on ouvre une porte ou une fenêtre. La famille du dessus (sûrement des proprietaires espagnoles) fait énormément de bruit tard le soir (minuit-1h) et tôt le matin (8h), et ne respecte ni les règles de la piscine (bouée, masque/tuba, nourriture), ni les personnes. A croire que se sont les rois de l'immeuble.
Présence du marché de la ville au pied de l'immeuble tous les jeudis qui pourrait être agréables si les prix n'étaient pas aussi cher!
