This is a very beautiful apartment, facing the sea, with a 180° view over the famous bay of La Baule, which we offer you for your holidays on the coast of Amour.
Recently renovated with taste, using noble materials, high-quality furniture and equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, this three-room apartment (68 m²) with balcony will not fail to seduce you.
From the entrance, you will discover a large living space in soft tones, combining the elegance of white, the warmth of wood, the cosy feeling brought by touches of beige, and the chic of gold. A large contemporary and colourful painting adds a note of dynamism to this beautiful living room.
The open kitchen, brand new and fully equipped, has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker and a toaster.
