About this house rental
Bluff s Charm is a cozy 3 bedroom home on Keuka Lake's east side, in the East Bluff neighborhood, just minutes from the Village of Penn Yan.

Bluff s Charm is a one story home with a large wrap around deck, a wonderful place to sit and watch the water, catch sunrises/sunsets, or do some bird watching. The house sits down from the main road, tucked in the trees, and is accessed, from the parking area, by several flights of stairs.
The main living area has windows overlooking the lake, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, another with a Queen bed, and a third with a Twin over Queen bunk bed. The home has 2 full baths, both with tub/showers.
The outdoor deck wraps around two sides of the house, and there are several flights of stairs to the lakefront. The lakefront cabana is a great spot to relax and get out of the sun for a few minutes. On the beach area outside of the cabana, you ll find a firepit on the lake shore and a deck area with outdoor furniture.
The pebble beach area extends along the shoreline and there is a private permanent dock for guest use, along with a kayak and a canoe. With over 150 of private shoreline/lakefront, Bluff s Charm is an absolute gem for privacy on the lake during your vacation and plenty of room to enjoy the lake.
*Air conditioning is provided via wall units
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that the primary renter be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed
**Smoking prohibited.
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 7 guests allowed at any time.
**Parking for 3 vehicles only.
**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable
**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
**DOCK USEAGE:
A permanent dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, and/or mooring facilities are adequate if guest brings or rents watercraft/boat.
Guest assumes all liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock, or their boat, during their stay.... whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
**Seasonal amenities: kayaks and some outdoor furniture are available seasonally and are available for use from mid-May to October

Very nice lakefront property in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the dock. Kitchen amenities are well stocked. Bedrooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable for two. No AC in the bedrooms but they do have fans. Overall we were very pleased.

Beautiful cottage, couldn’t get any closer to the lake! Deck and the dock were perfect for our morning coffee! Fire pit was perfectly placed for a fall evening by the fire! Everything was clean and as expected from the listing!

My husband and I were supposed to go with another couple but they ended up having to cancel last minute due to an emergency. My husband and I still went due to it being too late to cancel. The house was spacious and nice. One complaint was some issues with the main bedroom overheating even with trying to turn heat down. Definitely enough space to enjoy with multiple people. Location and the view was WONDERFUL. We had such a fun time and will definitely visit the area again.
