Fully equipped kitchen w/Keurig. 3 BR, 2 BA includes Master bedroom w/ queen 2” memory foam topper for comfort and private full-size bathroom with tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms have full-size beds and share a full-size bathroom w/tub and shower. The unit has a flat-screen Roku TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Situated on a private country lane with w/wildlife & rescue horses outside as pasture art. Sleeps 6. Southern Adventist University is 2 miles away & Lee University is within driving distance. Nearby hiking, mountain biking trails, shopping, downtown Chattanooga, star gazing, and a wealth of indoor/outdoor activities nearby, including the Tennessee River within 15-30 min. Restaurants and shopping include Cambridge Square and Hamilton Place Mall. Outdoor activities: The Greenway, Little Debbie Park, Summit Softball, VW Enterprise South & Equestrian Trails, and Pickleball are within 4 miles! The house was clean, spacious, and cozy. Great and quick communication from host. We were in town for Acrofest so proximity to SAU campus was a big plus. Didn't spend too much time in the house per say, but a short drive from campus to the house to get some much needed rest was awesome. Wish we had spent more time here.
