About this house rental
This is a spacious new home with a large master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms 2 and half baths with an open plan living area. It's not your typical home, it has 2 modern kitchens, with double convection ovens, and a stove in each kitchen with 5 burners each. There is a large full light office/study. It boasts an enormous bonus front room over the garage that has multi purpose uses, it can be used as a bedroom, entertainment room or gym. Both the living room and the master bedroom opens to a private screened in deck. It's location is perfect with all the convenient amenities of being in a university town like fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, hair and nail salons, walk in clinic, drug stores, gas station...
It's about a mile from the Imagination Station which is designed to keep children of different ages meaningfully occupied for hours. In the same location is The Green way for walking, running and biking enthusiast. Less that 3 miles is the Biology trail, offering well guided hiking, jogging and biking routes for the not so feint of heart. It's in a quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood. This home offers long term stay only, with a minimum of 90 days.
Easy access to the interstate. It is 10 minutes away from Hamilton Mall and I-75. Close to lots of restaurants like PF Chang, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Macaroni Grill to mention a few. Very close to the Chattanooga Airport, the Harrison Bay...

It is beautiful home with lots of space. It had everything we needed to be in town for work. The owners quickly answered any questions we had and we're very nice. The location was great plenty of restaurants nearby.

The good: Rooms were comfortable, plenty of parking, open space....
Needs improvement: Not enough kitchenware, utensils, kitchen knives, etc. Tough for a full group to use kitchen to prepare meals.
Otherwise was a great place to stay.

The house was perfect for our trip to Tennessee. We shared it with another family and there was enough room for everyone. The kids loved the media room and the adults loved the screened in porch.

We rented this house for a stay in Chattanooga for the Ironman Chattanooga race. We wanted to make sure and have a house that was not to far out, had room to spread out for race preparation and family and peace and quiet for resting up for the race. The house was very nicely maintained and in a pretty neighborhood. Loved the back porch, we ate our meals and had our morning coffee and evening glass of wine every day on the porch. The only negative is we did not know there was a renter in a downstairs apartment. SHe has a separate entrance to her apartment downstairs, but we were not told about this ahead of time. When we first checked in it was just a girlfriend and myself and we were informed then there was a renter. When it is just two ladies staying by ourselves it was little off putting. Once the rest of our guests and my husband showed, I felt a little better, but I think we should have been informed of a renter downstairs ahead of time so we could make the decision if we were comfortable with the idea of someone else staying in the house. When the house is quiet you can hear the renter downstairs, and when music was played kind of loudly, we text the owner and she did take care of it right away. But when you rent a house you don't expect to have to worry about this. But the house is very nice and well maintained and we loved the back porch.
