Great place to stay. It was clean and large enough for our family of 9. No complaints about the rooms at all! We had everything we needed! Room was overall great! Text message gave address, door codes, and room number. Only problem was that we didn’t receive email with all check in instructions till 9pm the day of arrival, 5 hours after checking in.

Ocean Reef property is dated and must be a cheap family resort. Kids were running everywhere with wet bathing suits so common areas were covered in water...including elevators. One elevator was broken so sometimes we had to wait over 20 minutes to get on a working elevator. The beach view is very nice so we spent time on the balcony. The place put in the cheapest bedding and towels. The fitted sheet did not fit and kept coming undone. The towels were too small. It would not take much to take to a higher standard.
