The Cove Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Emulating a quiet corner of the French Riviera, The Cove abounds with the tranquil seclusion of an ocean cove. Aptly placed at 111 Tranquility Lane, The Cove rests in one of Destin’s best neighborhoods- Destiny East. With access to the beach road and to the main highway, its an incredibly convenient and upscale community brimming with amenities including tennis courts, two sprawling pools and spa decks, a private movie theater, grilling area and a huge playground and walking… all located just two houses from this great home.
Perhaps you’ll lounge on the beautiful white-sand beaches a short walk away, or enjoy fresh seafood at one of the nearby Gulf front restaurants or peruse the beach boutiques and coffee shops adjacent to the beach road. However you pass your time, The Cove will greet you warmly with its open floor plan marked by ocean toned walls, original coastal oil paintings and rich Parisian inspired furnishings. Moreover, guest favorites include the chef-ready kitchen with pool views, the full size laundry room and cool travertine tile floors.
Yes, this Destin vacation home promises an elegant retreat from life’s storms. The two primary suites with luxury bathrooms, sitting areas and access to either the pool or a balcony; the screened-in pool and spa deck boasting sparkling glass pool tiles; and dining for 16 around the granite and stainless steel kitchen make The Cove a great place to hideaway.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
This property comes with 4 parking spaces.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell.
There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.
This private pool can be heated between October- April for an additional daily fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
Per Destiny Rules- No jet skis, boats, trailers, motor homes or commercial vehicles can be parked in the driveway overnight. Motorcycles and licensed scooters are allowed for ingress and egress only.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Nice clean property well managed. Pleanty of space for all of us. Was missing the grill that was listed and the bunk bed room was little more than a closet. Other than that we had a great time and would come back again.

This was an AWESOME home. Everything was clean. A gated community. Private pool. It was actually more than what we expected and not far from everything. We enjoyed The Cove.

Overall a nice experience. Property manager was communicative. Very nice and quiet neighborhood so close to EVERYTHING including the beach. Our jacuzzi wouldn’t get hot so that was a huge disappointment for all of the adults. Be prepared to be absolutely quiet. We received a noise complaint at 3 pm on a Monday for playing family friendly music too loudly while taking the kids out for a swim at our pool. But it wasn’t a big deal for us to just turn it off. It wasn’t the cleanest property we’ve vacationed at but also not the dirtiest. We did find the following (trash under a few of the beds including solo cups and a cigarette). A loose braid was also discovered but overall it was fairly clean. Again, great neighborhood and nice property management.

When looking for a place to stay, a private pool was a must. That’s 99% why we chose this house. When we arrived, the pool was ice cold, so we emailed to heat it. They took the $250 extra out of my account and then said the Maintenance guys never told him the heater was broken. (We have still not received that money back, it’s been 5 days) So we were not able to use the pool once. (The kids did one time) due to it being too cold. Also, half of the outlets did not work. We flipped every switch in the house trying to figure it out and couldn’t. None of the outlets in either bathroom worked.
It had a gorgeous kitchen, also had a crib and high chair which really came in handy.
