This house is beautiful, comfy, lots of household items avaliable in the kitchen.Bring your walking shoes to go to the public beach, this house doesnt have access to a private beach area. Bring your seasonings for cooking, there is not a stash of even salt or pepper. Most bedrooms are on the 2nd n 3rd floors, which are spacious and comfy.

The house was beautiful, everyone enjoyed it. Especially our mom! Even though I booked and paid for it, I let my parents have the master bedroom/bath. lol but I will say, a home that sleeps 14 will probably have more than 3 vehicles. Baby, car seat, stroller, luggage, etc. I understand HOA has rules, but then maybe guests should have access to garage, so nothing is blocking sidewalk or parked in street. I was notified that I’ll be fined for 2 cars. Aside from that, nobody wanted to leave!!!

We enjoyed the house. However, many things were dirty when we arrived. Trash was left in the house. Several of the bathrooms were not clean. The house is beautiful and great for families. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils.
