The space
Welcome to your 6,000 sqft dream getaway! This expansive 8-bedroom estate is designed for comfort, luxury, and entertainment, spread across three impressive levels with gleaming hardwood floors and soaring ceilings.
**Layout & Features:**
* **Main Level:** Features a formal living room, dining area, and a game room with a pool table and foosball. This level includes a primary suite (King bed) and a second bedroom (Queen bed), both with private en-suite bathrooms.
* **Upper Level:** Home to three additional bedrooms, including a spacious room with a wet bar, one queen bed, and two queen bunk beds, perfect for larger groups.
* **Lower Level Entertainment Hub:** A self-contained apartment with its own full kitchen and living area. It includes three bedrooms and a professional media room with a large screen and leather recliner seating for seven.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The main, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We provide all the pots, pans, and dinnerware you'll need for delicious homemade meals.
**Outdoor Oasis:**
Your private backyard is an entertainer's dream, featuring:
* Seasonally Heated Pool
* Relaxing Hot Tub
* Basketball Court
* Fire Pit for evening gatherings
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 6,000 sqft home, the grounds, and all amenities. Your private access includes:

* Seasonally Heated Pool (available Memorial Day to Oct 1st)

* Indoor Pickleball Court (not regulation size)
* Basketball Court & Fire Pit
* Movie Room with recliner seating
* Game Room with Pool Table & Foosball

* Full laundry room with washer and dryer
* Family essentials including a Pack 'n Play and High Chair
Three days before check-in, you will receive our full electronic guidebook with everything you need to know about the home and the area.
Other things to note
* **Seasonal Pool:**
The pool is available seasonally from Memorial Weekend to October 1st. It can be heated for $120 per night. Please be aware that if nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater may struggle to maintain a comfortable water temperature. We appreciate your understanding.
* **Garbage Disposal:** Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not throw loose garbage into the cans located in the garage.
* **Check-In/Out:** Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
* **Deliveries/Lost Items:** We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before or after your stay.
* **Travel Insurance:** We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.
* **Pets:**
Pets are welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!

We hosted an annual Friendsgiving event and I can’t say enough nice things about the property, the manger and the hosts. The amenities are great, and our group really enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts. There’s plenty of room for everyone and even with 20 people the house never felt claustrophobic. We had an issue with the internet and a leak and both issues were promptly resolved by the property manager. Highly recommend!

Omg!! Coming from Myrtle Beach SC to Fletcher for my niece wedding. It’s snowed on our way up. When we arrived at the house our family of 17 were just in awe. The house is beautiful and spacious. It had everything you need. We were able to enjoy watching the snow fall. I would book again, very nice home. The owner even called to check on us but we were busy with wedding things.
