Welcome to your 6,000 sqft dream getaway! This expansive 8-bedroom estate is designed for comfort, luxury, and entertainment, spread across three impressive levels with gleaming hardwood floors and soaring ceilings.
**Layout & Features:**
* **Main Level:** Features a formal living room, dining area, and a game room with a pool table and foosball. This level includes a primary suite (King bed) and a second bedroom (Queen bed), both with private en-suite bathrooms.
* **Upper Level:** Home to three additional bedrooms, including a spacious room with a wet bar, one queen bed, and two queen bunk beds, perfect for larger groups.
* **Lower Level Entertainment Hub:** A self-contained apartment with its own full kitchen and living area. It includes three bedrooms and a professional media room with a large screen and leather recliner seating for seven.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The main, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We provide all the pots, pans, and dinnerware you'll need for delicious homemade meals.
**Outdoor Oasis:**
Your private backyard is an entertainer's dream, featuring:
* Seasonally Heated Pool
* Relaxing Hot Tub

* Fire Pit for evening gatherings

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 6,000 sqft home, the grounds, and all amenities. Your private access includes:

* Indoor Pickleball Court (not regulation size)
* Basketball Court & Fire Pit
* Movie Room with recliner seating

Other things to note
* **Seasonal Pool:**
The pool is available seasonally from Memorial Weekend to October 1st. It can be heated for $120 per night. Please be aware that if nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater may struggle to maintain a comfortable water temperature. We appreciate your understanding.
* **Garbage Disposal:** Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not throw loose garbage into the cans located in the garage.
* **Check-In/Out:** Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
* **Deliveries/Lost Items:** We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before or after your stay.
* **Travel Insurance:** We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.
* **Pets:**
Dogs only (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). The pet fee is $200 per dog. Dogs must be disclosed before arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!

Beautiful house and good location, this place suited our family dry well. We had an issue with the refrigerator downstairs and the property manager was very responsive and it was replaced the next day.Overall and very nice property in excellent condition.

We arrived 15 minutes early and the cleaners were just finishing up. We waited a few minutes while they loaded their gear and wished us the best. They did a great job of cleaning all areas, and there is a lot to clean. They ever took the trash barrels and power washed them. We had a couple of question and concerns during our stay and the host got back to us immediately with a response and guidance. The house was well stocked with items in the kitchen and bathrooms that normally must be purchased by the customer. Great location and experience.

This house accommodated our family of 22 perfectly, with our ages ranging from 1 to 74. All of the rooms were large and comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room and had plenty of things to keep them busy. Sightseeing in the area was easy from the location and nothing was more than 30 minutes away. We had some minor issues throughout our week long stay but the property management company was quick to respond to our concerns and did everything they could to rectify the problems. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others, especially large families.

An honest review. We had a few minor issues, but the company that owns the house was very attentive and made everything right. 1st issue was a new sound monitoring system that was set up inside, I received 15 automated text messages during our stay saying we were too loud, but we were respectful of the neighborhood and never too loud to cause an issue. The company that owns the house uses an automated AI bot to respond back immediately to any messages, so that felt less personable, but an actual human reached out to resolve or any questions, so not a big deal. The house itself was nice and well stocked. There is only other thing worth mentioning: there is no TV in the main family/living room, just a big mirror on the wall that’s too high to be useful. The theatre room was great, but the lack of TVs in communal rooms kind of stunk. For anyone who doesn’t have a car, it was difficult at times to find an Uber/Lyft. So allow for more time when trying to order one.
