Quiet Policy: Please note that The Lodge at The Huntly Estate is in a private, quiet mountain community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbors.
Clean Guarantee: Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee. If the home does not meet our cleaning standards upon arrival, we will promptly return to address it.
Early check-in and/or late check-out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. There may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply; not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).
Payment - Cancellation - Insurance: Please review our payment & cancellation policies, along with information about vacation rental insurance.
Long Term Bookings: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

The Lodge was exceptionally well appointed and beautifully organized. The kitchen was immaculately set up for a large group.We didn’t find a single thing over looked. Cutlery, glass ware, cook ware, even spices were ample and readily available.It’s made a 5 family get together a breeze. Plenty of room for all and options to socialize together or apart. Even the grandparents enjoyed the downstairs game room!

This house is on a private spacious lot. There are bedrooms on all 3 floors, each with an en suite. There's a large kitchen and family room plus large tv's in numerous locations. We all had fun playing ping pong & pool plus the other games available. The location is also close to shopping and downtown Ashville. The farthest we drove was 45 minutes to Dupont for hiking with waterfalls.
