About this villa rental
The luxury villa Afeidia is 70 sq.m and includes the central area, which overlooks either the White Mountains or the sea and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people and a 55-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as in the same area you can find the main bathroom which is fully equipped. In the villa there are two elegant bedrooms, with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, one of which has a private bathroom and are equipped with double beds by Coco-mat company. All areas have direct access to the natural environment and offer to our guests a unique accommodation experience. You will find free wi-fi in all areas

Wow, where do I begin!
—Villa
the villa is beautiful and modern. Trust me, it is even prettier in person. It has the most spectacular sunset view. the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could think of, just to mention a few—the kitchen was stocked with olive oil from Giannis’s own olives, eggs from his own chicken, blender, juicer ect. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter, Giannis had a full size wood crib for her, not just a pack and play like the most other villa we have stayed.

There are at least 3 beaches in less than 15 mins walking distance from the villa. Then many other beaches within a short drive. There are many local supermarkets and taverns within a few mins of drive.

The host Giannis by far is the best host we had. He is man of many talents, I will not share too much about his talent, you will have to find out yourself:) We were lucky to meet his family, they all are amazing kind genuine people. They made this trip the most special one. Giannis was very responsive to any questions we had, he took us for a hiking in a local trial to explore caves. We loved him explaining the story behind different places in the area. Giannis beautiful wife Christina made us delicious stuffed vegetables. I can go on and on…
Overall, highly highly recommend this villa. We can’t wait to go back again. My daughter is already saying “I want to go Giannis house!”

The property was a beautifully designed villa, modern and with all the facilities you could need, it was in easy reach of some lovely beaches and the town of Chania was 20 minutes away. I would like to make a special mention for the owner of the Villa Giannis. He was the perfect host, he was extremely friendly and helpful, bringing us fruit, fresh eggs etc the figs and grapes were particularly good and in addition he brought us some home cooked food, my wife particularly loved the stuffed vegetables. I would also like to mention the gardens at the villa which were beautiful and full of colour. This is definitely a five star villa and is and ideal stay for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Giannis

It was an amazing week at the villa!
When we arrived in Crete in the evening Giannis and Christina waited for us at the AirPort and accomondated us to the villa!
The House was all we had hoped for - and more.
The were were attentive host and always a message away if we needed anything. Giannis and Christina gave us many great tips on sorrounding beaches and restaurants.
The house and pool area was fantastic, the pictures dont lie! If we are going to Crete again we Will definitely book this villa again.
