Helen is a great location for family fun any time of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. Great layout and we enjoyed the Coca-Cola theme. Nice view of the creek and close to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Found several bugs in kitchen and living room. Another chair in living area would have been good so both of us could enjoy the fire place. Ice in refrig. looked like it had been their for awhile. More pots and pans would have been nice for kitchen.
