*NEWLY REMODLED* Enjoy this cozy riverside condo with a National Park theme - just minutes away from everything Helen has to offer. You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the Pink Pig BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
Looking for somewhere unique and different? Look no further, as this units theme is National Parks! This property has stunning aerial shots of views some may never lay eyes on! It's perfectly situated downtown Helen overlooking the Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this property. Easy walk into town to explore the river, watch tubers go by, or walk into town to a restaurant!
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a Schnitzel.
Helen is a great location for family fun any time of year. Come visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. We were steps away from our car, it was on the back side so I the shade - wonderful - and excellent for unloading and loading. We had to walk a little to get to things, but it was good exercise and the place was quiet. If the water was higher, it would have been a great location for tubing. It was nice to sit out in the mornings and have coffee on the deck - no bugs morning or night. We had to call for help a couple of times and had excellent service immediately! We highly recommend the German bakery while visiting - about a 10 minute walk - great breakfast and bakery - but busy - had a 30 minute wait. This was a great place to stay to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and our German heritage!

The property was very nice. We only had two issues with the property. One, the water pressure in the shower was awful. Two, we couldn’t get the WiFi to work at all. I sent a message about the WiFi but never heard back while we were there, nor have I received a response yet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is right on the river. Only a short walk to the cool river tubing. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quite even though it is a short walk from everything. We ate breakfast at Dottie's Kitchen, about a 5-minute walk up to the main road and across the street. The breakfast there is amazing, you cannot miss it. I would stay here again.
