We pride ourselves on accurately representing our home and hosting you as a valued guest. This is our mountain escape - we stay here too - and our goal is that you have everything you need to feel comfortable and at ease. We’ve taken special care to choose unique art and add small touches to enhance your stay. We look forward to hosting you!
*Please note: Pool & hot tub closed temporarily 4/27/26 - 9/1/26 for remodeling
Our condo includes a beautiful view overlooking the Dillon amphitheater and Lake Dillon. It's a one-minute walk to the path around the lake, used for cycling/walking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. We have a full kitchen plus a W/D in the unit. The community indoor pool, hot tubs, and grill are 1-minute walk from unit in the clubhouse.

- 3rd floor unit (top floor), no elevator
- No Pets (per HOA)
- No Smoking please
- Electric fireplace (no cleanup required)
- Full kitchen with full size oven / stove top/ all dishes / bowls / pots & pans / utensils
- Dishwasher
- Toaster, air fryer, electric kettle and drip Coffee maker / individual Keurig
- Electric kettle
- Washer / Dryer in unit
- Master Bedroom: King size bed with 2 suitcase stands
- Living Room: Queen size Murphy bed, utilize closet in hallway
- 1 bathroom: sink area separated from shower by pocket door; shower shares laundry
- Linens, Towels, hairdryer, straightener, and curling wand provided
- Pack and Play available

Downtown Dillion is a quaint and beautiful little area - you can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. A short drive to world class hiking, mountain biking and skiing. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay comfortable and memorable.

We loved our time here! It was very clean and comfy. They were very thoughtful with having things like extra sunglasses and toiletries. There are tons of extra blankets and pillows in the condo. The location is great and only a few minutes away from most things you need like restaurants and stores. Communication with the Host was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay! Comfortable, easy to get in and out of. Near the walking path that runs along the lake near restaurants and shopping great little spot to stay.

This is a great place. Very clean and the host was very attentive with letting us know if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay… absolutely everything we could possibly need was there.. even a diffuser for curly hair! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. Lots of communication with host, very responsive. Thank you! We will stay again!
