Overlooking Lake Dillon with panoramic lake front and Marina views, this beautifully remodeled second floor condo with all granite in kitchens and bathrooms, new kitchen, new carpet, and high end furnishings. Close to all ski areas, Marina Place is within walking distance of the Marina, the Tiki Bar, shops, restaurants and the entertainment Dillon offers. The owners completely remodeled the unit with granite, large flat screen tv, new furniture, furnishings, carpet, bathrooms, etc. You will not be disappointed.
Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium in Dillon overlooking the Marina and Lake Dillon. This is a premium location in Marina Place. This unit is on the end and has the best views around.
Close to all ski areas, Marina Place is within walking distance of the Marina, shops, restaurants and the entertainment Dillon offers. The primary bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) and a trundle bed and there's a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There are 3 TVs, DVD players and 20 DVDs for your convenience.
Both bathrooms feature wall controlled heated floors, step out of the shower onto toasty warm floor! Designer fixtures, grant counters, cabinets, and heated tile floor and overhead heat lamps in each of the 2 bathrooms.
Amenities include a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
Bedroom - There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, flat screen TV, private bathroom
Second Bedroom: Captains bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), bathroom in hall
Living Room - The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs for and a gourmet kitchen with an island. The deck is off the living room and overlooks Lake Dillon Marina, offering unobstructed views of Lake Dillon.
Dillon Marina Place
After a day of skiing, relax in the hot tub or swim in the indoor pool. There is covered parking and is conveniently located to the Dillon Marina, Lake Dillon amphitheater where during summer months, free concerts take place. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.

Great stay at Lake Dillon! Loved the location with a small deck overlooking the lake. The property was very nice & clean

There is a fantastic view of the mountains and lake from the living room window but the kitchen was not very well equipped. There was a pepper shaker but no salt or other seasonings. There weren't enough pots and pans. No steamer for vegetables. No aluminum foil or any other things like baggies. It would have been nice if the place had a few more of these types of things. The grill went out while trying to cook chicken. Upon further inspection the grill parts were rusted and had fallen inside the grill. It needs to be repaired or replaced. There was one washing machine pod for one load of laundry. Most places I have stayed have been better equipped. At one point we tried to leave but the deadbolt was jammed and would not release. Maintenance came promptly and eventually it operated correctly. All in all it wasn't that bad of a place it just needed to be better equipped.
