Set on the banks of Lake Disharoon in the Big Canoe Community, the luxurious Lake's Edge Lodge boasts gorgeous views of the lake and woods! Relax and unwind on the decks, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stay entertained, and fall asleep in welcoming bedrooms at night. After a busy day enjoying the Big Canoe amenities – including hiking trails, pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, lakes, and more – you'll enjoy coming back to your gorgeous mountain home to unwind. With 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, and space to sleep a group, it's perfectly sized for family and friends.
At Lake's Edge Lodge, sip your coffee as you enjoy fresh mountain air on the deck, sit down for meals together at the dining table, take in the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, flip on the big screen TV, and get cozy in front of the wood-burning fireplace on cool mountain nights. There is also a gas grill, a screened-in porch, Wi-Fi, a rec room with entertainment, and Roku TVs, YouTube TV, and Amazon Prime Video.
The Big Canoe Swim Club is a short walk away, boasting a beach, rock slide, outdoor pool, and more. Hiking trails, a fitness center, lakes, an indoor pool, tennis courts, and more are also nearby, so there is plenty to do! You'll have stairs on either side of the home leading down to Lake Disharoon and the Big Canoe Nature Valley Park as well. Lake's Edge Lodge also offers a parking area for 2 vehicles, nearby overflow parking in Laurel Ridge (no street parking, please), and access to lakes, picnic areas, and all the fun of North Georgia!
While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Big Canoe. The location can’t be beat if you want to spend a lot of time at the beach club. We were able to walk right down to the beach for a day at the lake and the pool. I was also excited to find that the house is right on some of the hiking trails so no driving necessary. My husband enjoyed a few days of golf and loved the golf course. We had a great dinner at the clubhouse with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was spacious for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. We would love to rent here again in the future!

Very nice - enjoyed deck on nice fall days/eves. Worked very well for our group. Kitchen cooking devices and utensils could be better - bit of a mixed bag.

The home was infested with ants and the property management company never sent anyone out even though we called them multiple times during our stay. In addition the AC wasn’t working.
