Create long-lasting memories in this comfortable home located in the Laurel Ridge neighborhood of Big Canoe. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a golf getaway, a hiking adventure, or simply a peaceful mountain escape, this home offers the perfect home base for experiencing everything Big Canoe has to offer.
This tastefully appointed home sleeps 10 and is walkable to the amenities including the Beach club, rock slide, marina and fitness center. The sunlit, open concept floor plan offers casual comfort and all of the space that you need for gathering with family and friends.
The Great room features a wall of windows and is anchored by a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, gas cooktop, oven, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, walk-in pantry, traditional coffeemaker, and Keurig.
Gather around the dining table for memorable family dinners or step outside to the oversized deck with two outdoor dining tables and a Weber gas grill connected to a permanent propane line. A screened porch with ceiling fan offers the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and includes a king bed and ensuite bath with heated floors, a double vanity, separate tub and shower.

The upstairs loft provides a dedicated workspace or playspace, along with games and books for guests of all ages.

This was a wonderful house - great location in close proximity to golf, the park, and the marina. The room setup on multiple floors provided nice privacy for 3 different family units, and the house had everything we needed for the long weekend.
