About this house rental
**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking **
Our 3 bed, 2 bath 2,400 square foot single level home is located a short drive from historic downtown Creede. It provides optimal access to the Rio Grande River, and countless nearby recreational opportunities. This cozy home features large flat screen TV in the main living space, a wood stove, and a cute fenced-in yard, with plenty of room for the kiddos to play! Enjoy all the comforts of home including summertime BBQ's on the back patio.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Murphy Bed
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (single over single) & Twin Bed
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Years and 4th of July holidays).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We could not find the grill outside when we got there. I messaged the rental company and someone was there within an hour. The grill had accidentally been locked in the shed. The house is nice and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Someone else posted that you need to like whoever you're staying with because it is small. We made the best of it and it was ok. The 2 negatives was no bathroom sink and not ice or freezer to store it.
