Lots of wildlife across the river from the house. We saw a mountain lion with her 3 cubs for several days. And a rather large Bear cam to drink from the river most evenings.

Location to town and the view from the back porch was amazing. But…communication from host is not great because it has to go through a 3rd party first. We had asked about type of coffee maker a week before the trip and never got an answer. When we arrived it looked like people were in the middle of cleaning and left. There was a dirty broom out and the master dresser was pulled away from the wall with stuff on the ground like they had been working behind it and the console table in the living room was also pulled out from the wall like they had been working on it. It was also very dusty on the floor and there were lots of spider webs and bugs on the tops of the walls like they had not been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom upstairs also looked like it had not been cleaned and looked like there was black mold on the ceiling in multiple places. Overall our stay was good, but I expected the place to be cleaner and more put together when we arrived.
