Property was as big as advertised. Fit a group of 11 no problem. Had plenty of room. The floors were dirty. To the point that just walking from the front door to the kitchen, all of our socks were black. Looked like it hadn't been mopped for a while. Kitchen counters were sticky, game room floor was sticky. We basically had to wear our shoes inside. Pool was cloudy when we arrived (to the point that we couldn't see anyone underwater and couldn't see the bottom of the pool). They did come to clean the pool midway through our stay and it looked much clearer. I messaged the owner that the gas on the grill was empty and they told me that I could turn it in and get a new one. I would expect the tank to be full when we got there. There were not enough towels provided to accommodate the number of people the house was advertised to hold. We had to do laundry if everyone wanted to shower as not everyone had a towel. Garage door was unlatched when we arrived, so anyone could have come by and lifted the door to get in as there was no lock on the door between the garage and main house. There were probably 20 glass beer tops laying about around the pool when we arrived. Just felt like whoever was supposed to clean the house and prepare for the next guest didn't do anything.
