Deer Lake State Park -This is the closest beach access point from Prominence, less than 1 mile away, and an easy golf cart, bike ride or walk.
Seabreeze Drive Beach Access - North side 30A shoulder parking is available. You can park and use the adjacent crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.
Walton Dunes Beach Access #8 - Situated a short 2.5 miles from our rental, this location boasts ample parking options including handicap, bike, and golf cart spaces. Enhance your beach day with the available beach chair rental services.
Santa Clara Regional Beach Access - A mere 3.8 miles away, this access point is fully equipped for a day at the beach. From parking and restrooms to lifeguards and handicap accessibility, every need is catered to.
Inlet Beach Regional Access - Just 4.6 car ride away, this beach access mirrors the amenities of Santa Clara, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable beach experience for all. Added bonus are the 100+ parking spaces.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Day in the Prominence neighborhood on 30A. This community is one of our favorite spots to stay with the convenient location close to all the things we love to do on 30A. The house is beautifully decorated with cozy furniture and tasteful art. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the bunk room! The full sized kitchen was great for making breakfast every morning, and getting ready for days at the beach or pool.
Getting to and from everything on 30A was convenient with the golf cart that comes with the rental. It’s so nice to just leave the car parked and take the golf cart everywhere! We also took advantage of the bikes for morning bike rides around the Big Chill or up and down the bike paths!
Overall we loved our stay at mermaid day and would gladly choose it again for our next vacation!

We went for a short vacation with my daughter and me. The house was stocked with everything you need. The golf cart was an added bonus as it allowed us to park the car and never move it until it was time to leave. Wonderful location and the communication with the property manager was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting 30a!

We loved the condo! Everything was easy about staying here. The accommodations were lovely. The kitchen well stocked and the decor very inviting. We had plenty of bikes, scooters and a golf cart to boot! They thought of everything! We plan to return! Well done!
