Ideally nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this stylish retreat is just across the street from The Big Chill—the ultimate hotspot for dining, shopping, and live entertainment. With an open floor plan, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, premium furnishings, and thoughtful extras like beach gear and bikes, this townhome is designed for a seamless and relaxing beach getaway.

The Big Chill 30A is the community’s town center. It includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion. The Big Chill also has a great cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for concerts and events! Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy family themed movies with the well-loved event Screen on the Green. The Big Chill plays host to a Farmer's Market and other events throughout the year, plus there is entertainment most nights during high season. Terrific BBQ, tacos, wine and spirits, ice cream along with unique one-of-a-kind eateries to explore during your stay. And don't forget the local boutique shops, bike shop, art gallery, and even a Build-a-Bear Workshop.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
- No pets
- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number.
