About this house rental
This completely refurbished 1800’s farmhouse is the ultimate getaway! Embrace the rustic charm with wood beams and original wood floors. There is also a spectacular gameroom located in a Timber Framed Barn that is attached to the house. In addition to the many fun features of the house, there are many nearby outdoor attractions!
4 seasons of fun.
- Imagine fun filled days on one of the two nearby lakes in the summer. With boat, jet ski, kayak rentals. Kayaks and paddle boards available at the house. (will need to transport by vehicle)
- Beaches and great swimming
- Walk to downtown to restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, dispensaries, art galleries
- Great skiing, skating, snowmobiling
- Amazing hiking year round
- Fabulous fall foilage

The gameroom has a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and classic Pac Man arcade games, This room will surely provide entertainment for all! This space is not insulated, but does have a pellet stove for heat in the winter. Guests will need to start the stove when using this space and it will take a few hours to warm up during the cold winter days.

Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room in every room. Everything we needed was there. Everything we wanted was there. Owner communicated well and was great to work with. Quiet neighborhood in a very picturesque setting. Dot’s is a very good diner, especially breakfast. Go to the Corse Maple Farm in Whitingham for the best syrup you’ll ever have!

This was the 1st time my whole family went away together. It was everything we had hoped for! It was a rustic home w/ so many nuances in the decor! The game room made for fun nights, w/ everyone intermingling, if you will. We had many belly laughs! The fire pit added to the nights’ festivities! Did I mention how clean it was, comfortable beds & much more.The location was perfect! It was about a 10 min walk into a small, charming town that had many restaurants for every palate & shops galore! A short distance away was an apple orchid full of tantalizing surprises!My family talked about it for days after our return! What a fantastic 1st home excursion for our family get away! This property was perfectly located in the downtown area of Wilmington. Lots of walkable restaurants. The game room and closet full of games was our personal favorite feature. Definitely would stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Wilmington!

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was exactly what we were looking for - a short walk into town and a quick drive to the reservoir. Our favorite part had to be the fire pit and spacious yard for kickball and wiffle ball. The pool table and ping pong table were great perks as well! We would absolutely stay here again.
