My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The property was well kept and as described. We loved the direct beach access and how close the property was to lots of activities and restaurants. We were able to walk to most places. We probably only drove our car twice within our entire stay. The loved that there were some items for us to use like a boogie board, cooler, beach mat and beach toys. We also were able to see the Friday night summer fireworks directly from the balcony! Then during the day, we can see the beach from the other direction. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Very clean and comfortable, the host had great communication. The only draw back was we had 6 people in our reservation and there were only 5 towels and 2 wash rags. There is no towel service provided. Thankfully I had brought extra beach towels. There also was only 1 dish towel and no pot holders. Extra pillows and blankets were provided, but no pillowcases. The beds were super comfortable. The view of the fireworks from the balcony was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were nice and the beach access is super easy. The house was very clean.

We enjoyed South Padre Island. A few things that could have been better, The condo’s refrigerator was not clean, the floors had old food crumbs and dried pasta in the corners of kitchen. We wiped everything down. The “King size bed” is actually 2 twins on a king frame. Not the most comfortable, but ok. There should not be any mention of a “gym on property”. Their was 4 pieces of old equipment, next to a ping-pong table. There was not any exercise mats, free weights, We are health conscious and counted on having a nice place to workout. VERY disappointed in this. The beach was beautiful, and the people were very friendly.
