Location excellent.House was very nice.Quite and private location.John the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is the second time I rented this house and will rent again.

Great house, great location and very responsive owner. We spent the first 3 weeks of March 2026 at John's place and had a great time. Located about 2.5 blocks from the base of the bridge over the intercoastal and about 5 blocks total to the beach, it is an easy walk to the beach and many different restaurants and bars. Classic Irish Pub called "The Briny" right across from the beach and The Lucky Fish is a great spot for drinks and fish tacos - about 1.5 blocks down from the pub. From the house you can also walk a few blocks to bars and restaurants on the water (Houston's. Lola's and Mirraggio). The Publix supermarket is also only about 3 blocks away. The house was roomy and was clean and comfortable. The back yard is fenced in and has a Tiki hut with a tv, fan and chairs for relaxing outside. There is also a jacuzzi which we used several times. Also a short ride to many bars and restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale. Suggest you take the water taxi if you visit as it was a blast - we took it from the stop at Lola's all the way down to Los Olas in Ft. Lauderdale. Several golf courses near by and Pompano has a real nice park with pickle ball courts, etc. only a short ride away. We joined a very nice You Fit gym during our stay which was about 4 blocks away. Overall we had a great time. Thanks John!

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed and was even better in person than in the pictures. John is an amazing host! He is very accommodating, has great attention to detail and has lots of suggestions for the local area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! Thanks for everything!!

Very welcoming host. House was amazing for my family of four. Clean, roomy and close to so much. John was amazing and checked in with us periodically. Will definitely be back!
