The accommodation met the expectations we expected after viewing the ad. Location was perfect and although there was no parking provided we always secured street parking in front of the house.
We received prompt service from maintenance (Shane) when there was an issue with the lock combination.
I had the occasion to visit the rental office to gain access to a printer. Great service provided.
I would stay there again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It had EVERYTHING you need to cook - which we did a LOT. Nice neighborhood.

We like this place a lot and plan to come back in the future. It’s a nice location and staff is very responsive to any needs we have. This year we were surprised and pleased to see all new kitchen appliances, and everything was clean and neat when we arrived. All these things contribute to making our stay extremely enjoyable.

Our stay at Latitude Adjustment was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and well-lit and nicely appointed without being cluttered. When we had trouble with the furnace early in our stay, staff at Monterey Bay Property Management responded promptly and took care of the problem. We would definitely use this location again if it was available on future visits!
