• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $250 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• A deposit of $300/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned.
