Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces. Accès au garage pas pratique et situé dans une autre résidence. Pas de climatisation. Cafetière et bouilloire à changer car vétustes. Canapé inconfortable.

Bel appartement bien situé entre mer et centre ville Dommage que la place de parking privative ne soit pas dans la même résidence qui se trouve a environs 600 m Inconvénient pour décharger la voiture quand il n’y a pas de places de stationnement dans la rue de la résidence

L'appart est très bien. En revanche, le garage proposé n'est pas à proximité ( environ 300 mètres avec les bagages, aussi j'y ai renoncé ). Le balcon est sali par des déjections d'oiseau, mais nous n'en avions pas l'usage...

Laminat knarzt, Tapete löst sich von Wand, scheint sehr hastig renoviert zu sein, ungleichmäßige Küchenutensilien (4 Teller aber Besteck für 30, 12 Sektgläser aber nur 5 normale Gläser, keine Tassen, kein Gefäß um Tee aufzubewahren(Karaffe)), Garage in ganz anderem Gebäude - sehr ungünstig! Lage Top, 50 m bis zum markt, 100 m bis zum Meer, Gesellschaftsspiele (Monopoly, Mikado etc.) vorort - war gut. Für Kinder bzw Familien mit Kindern nicht geeignet, da keine richtige Schlafmöglichkeit.
