South-facing living room opening onto a terrace with an unobstructed view of the gardens and a side view of the sea; fully equipped kitchen; north-facing bedroom with its own loggia; shower room; and separate toilet.
The apartment offers high-quality amenities and can accommodate up to 4 people (possibly 5 upon request). Air conditioning will be installed in early July 2023.
Large underground garage.
First cove at the bottom of the street, small beach with a shower 400 m away, and a large sandy beach 900 m away, both accessible via a pedestrian walkway.
